With the template included in the purchase, you can create through dovetails, halfblind dovetails, sliding dovetails, and box joints. All of this in just a few minutes if you wish. Set the fingers on the template at equal or variable distances for the through and halfblind dovetails. This is only possible with Leigh's jigs. It cannot be done with fixed jigs.
